Laborer Operations Associate

Job Description
The Construction Laborer will assist with the preparation, operation, and cleanup of construction sites, as well as perform manual labor tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting with site preparation, providing support to various trades, operating hand and power tools, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, previous experience in construction or a related field, physical stamina, knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment, and ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and setting up barriers.
2. Provide support to various trades, including carpenters, concrete workers, and equipment operators.
3. Operate hand and power tools.
4. Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
5. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by organizing and cleaning up the construction site.
6. Remove debris and waste materials from construction sites.

Additional Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to use powered and powder actuated tools.
• Operating vehicles and equipment.
• Working at heights.
