Our client, Global Womenswear brand is looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join the team in their SOHO Showroom.
This person will be hired to manage and oversee the brand, meet financial targets, grow business objectives, and provide and execute brand strategies that will facilitate positive growth.
- Set direction and goals that match business objectives and people’s aspirations.
- Help the team to grow their capabilities by supporting their professional and personal development through consistent coaching and feedback
- Engage and share knowledge and skills with the team to increase their development and retention.
- Ensure effective sales activities by setting targets, managing the budget, empowering team members, and overseeing customer orders.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 7 years of experience, ideally in a fashion/wholesale environment.
- Womenswear experience a Must!!
- Comprehensive knowledge of the current wholesale landscape and competitors’ business
- Proven manager with significant experience in brand and sales management.
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
