Our client is looking for a Director of Ecommerce- Experience with Tik Tok and Amazon Marketplace a MUST~
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management for the Design Team
- Oversee and manage the full workflow of the design department to ensure all projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Proactively follow up with designers to clarify requirements, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
2. Product Photography Oversight
- Manage and prioritize all product photography requests to ensure images are produced and delivered as quickly as possible.
- Clearly communicate expected timelines to relevant departments.
- Understand Amazon image requirements, including main images, lifestyle images, infographics, and A content guidelines.
3. Market Research & Product Development Support
- Prepare and present well-researched product proposals to management every few weeks, supported by data, trends, and competitive analysis.
- Stay updated on competitor activity, industry trends, new licenses entering the market, and emerging product innovations.
4. Sample & Pricing Coordination
- Track all incoming product samples for newly designed items and confirm their arrival and condition.
- Follow up with suppliers, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt, review, and feedback of samples.
- Work with the purchasing department to obtain pricing, MOQ, and cost details for new product concepts.
- Maintain organized documentation of sample status, pricing history, quotes, approvals, and revisions.
5. TikTok Shop & Marketplace Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of communication between company TikTok marketplace team.
- Ensure receive all required assets: product information, images, videos, packaging details, and any additional content needed to drive sales.
- Understand TikTok Shop processes and collaborate proactively to help grow sales and improve marketplace performance.
- Ensure video content is delivered to the Amazon management team for use in ads, A content, and marketing initiatives.
