Our team specializes in residential remodeling, renovation, and repair, working hard to restore home exteriors to top condition. WHAT YOUR DAY AS A FIELD SAFETY SPECIALIST LOOKS LIKE
In this role, you will begin each day by traveling to job sites throughout Casselberry and the surrounding area. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and evaluating workplace conditions, identifying and documenting risks, and supporting crews to ensure compliance with established safety programs and regulations. You will conduct daily site walks, complete hazard analyses, and participate in regular project meetings. The position involves evaluating equipment needs, assisting with investigations and reporting for workplace incidents, and supporting the accurate documentation of injuries. You will work closely with both company crews and subcontractors, monitor practices, and participate in corrective action discussions as needed. Additionally, you will deliver toolbox talks and provide updates on program progress to leadership. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent onsite in the field, with the remaining 20% in the office.
YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR FIELD SAFETY SPECIALIST
The Field Safety Specialist position is full-time, with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The role requires daily travel to various job sites within the region, with most time spent in the field.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of construction or safety experience
- Good driving record, vehicle insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to identify onsite project safety risks and recommend mitigation within safety and project program requirements
- General knowledge of construction site equipment, methods, and processes
- Ability to take on special tasks or projects with limited direction and oversight, as well as take ownership of assigned tasks, as defined by supervisor
- Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Growing knowledge to control or eliminate hazards following the company's methods
