The Lending Solutions Administrator will be responsible for the administrative and marketing activities to support and grow Janney’s Cash and Lending platform. The Administrator will report to the Director of Lending Solutions. The Administrator will be primarily located in the Philadelphia, PA office. This position will be an initial point of contact for Financial Advisors, vendors, and other Janney personnel. This role will also be an opportunity to build deep product knowledge across the Lending platform as well as develop strategies to deliver those solutions to the end clients.

- Communicating Effectively- Must be able to effectually communicate verbally and in writing with senior level leadership and financial advisors
- Provide lending advice and guidance to Financial Advisors as they navigate the various lending solutions to determine what is the most appropriate solution
- Coach advisors on how to identify lending and credit opportunities as part of the planning process
- Monitor lending and credit card applications for accuracy and timely processing
- Handle securities-based lending workflow processes and on-going maintenance
- Manage and maintain Janney’s intranet site for Lending
- Participate in department projects with specific goals and deadlines
- Staying informed of business trends in the industry and competition in the marketplace
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Wealth Management with banking, lending and/or credit cards
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Series 7 and 66 preferred or the ability to obtain within 12 months
- Ability to effectively multi-task and meet competing deadlines; able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Self-motivated/self-starter.
- Analytical, problem solving, and savvy organizational skills are critical.
