As a Customer Sales Trainee, you are the bridge between our client and the local customer base during in-person sales interactions. Through direct conversation with consumers, you are able to effectively answer questions, solve service hiccups, and make sure sales actions run smoothly. We’ll train you up on everything you need to know, from clients' offerings to handling customer conversations with confidence. Great service builds trust, and our Customer Sales Trainee team consistently exceeds client expectations.
Customer Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to initiate sales, providing clear and helpful information to assist in their decisions
- Assist new customers with the enrollment process, ensuring an efficient and simple sales experience
- Present products, services, and client offerings in a customer-focused way that highlights relevant benefits
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records to ensure reliable communication and sales service
- Consistently achieve and exceed Customer Sales Trainee expectations, including sales metrics and professionalism
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries by utilizing knowledge of the industry, client products and services, and local market conditions
Customer Sales Trainee Qualities:
- An organized and efficient mindset
- Communication skills that actually connect, not just talk, but talk that lands
- Previous experience in a people-facing position, such as customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Reliability in time management and participation in client development
