What you'll work on:
- System integrity: keeping backend data clean, accurate, and trustworthy
- Event strategy and support, including collateral prep and trade show follow-up
- Asset preparation and delivery for key retail partners ahead of seasonal product launches
- Training materials and resource prep for retail partner staff
- Email campaigns driving pre-book and sell-in revenue across specialty accounts
- Reporting dashboards that track pre-book revenue progress and pipeline health
- Someone genuinely excited to build a career in the running and outdoor industry
- A natural storyteller, comfortable meeting with external-facing partners and effectively communicating brand and product information
- Someone who has a pulse on the culture of running and the brands, fashion, and trends in the industry
- Someone who is good with moving pieces and shifting priorities. No two weeks will look the same
- Someone who is detail-oriented and organized, comfortable bouncing between various tools and spreadsheets.
- Retail experience is a huge plus
