- Shift: (2nd Shift) 4:30pm -12:30am
- Pay: $26.00 -$28.00/hr.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams across multiple sites to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Manage staffing schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain efficient operations.
- Enforce safety regulations and sanitation protocols to create a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of site inspections, staff performance, incident reports, and supply inventories.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
- Demonstrated staff supervision or team management experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and sanitation management.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities that motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping management, or janitorial services is highly desirable.
