- Full-Time position (Flexible schedule Day & Night accounts)
- 10am - 6pm (Most Days)
- Weekend/Evening availability is a must
- Territory: Capital District

- Monitor and report on the performance of service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and effective resolution of complaints.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in managing operations and leading teams.
- Experience in supervising, mentoring, and training staff and teams.
- Knowledge of safety and risk management techniques and principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
