This is a field-based sales position responsible for managing an established territory, developing new business, and building long-term customer relationships. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is expected, and candidates may be based anywhere within the region.

Territory
This position serves customers throughout Western Pennsylvania, including Butler County, Lawrence County, Beaver County, the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, and surrounding communities. The territory includes areas such as Cranberry Township, Wexford, Mars, Zelienople, Butler, Grove City, New Castle, Beaver Falls, Ellwood City, and nearby communities.
Candidates may reside anywhere within the assigned territory.
What You’ll Do
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll manage an assigned territory while developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships through in-person visits and on-site engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and developing new commercial business through face-to-face interactions
- Traveling throughout your territory to meet with customers and build long-term relationships across a variety of industries
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts during on-site visits
- Presenting products and solutions that improve customer operations
- Preparing quotes, negotiating opportunities, and closing new business
- Working closely with our Customer Solutions, Purchasing, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Managing your sales pipeline and customer activity
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships in a field-based environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing a territory and route schedule
- Previous outside sales or business development experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
