What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Janitorial Management Incorporated?
JMI is looking for a Sales Coordinator. This role will support the JMI’s Administration functions and will report to the Director of Business Development . The ideal candidate is proficient in problem-solving and independently prioritizing work, developing and executing project plans, anticipating the needs of the team, and demonstrating flexibility and drive to support the team.
The Coordinator will manage the day-to-day Administrative functions and systems within the organization. Additionally, the role will serve as a thought partner to the Director and will evaluate and improve processes to support JMI’s rapid growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. This Position is an hourly wage plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration
- Making follow-up and intial Sales Calls
- Manage general administration of account paperwork for the organization
- Analyze, improve, and codify processes to support JMI’s growth
- Make email blasts
- Make proposals and send to clients
- Make appointment phone calls and emails
- Drive and execute on special projects that fall under Administration & Sales
- Assist with developing and updating presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed; prepare materials and agendas for team and leadership team meetings
- Collaboration with other Sales functions
- Support the Director in optimizing cross-functional processes with Finance and Human Resources

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proactive in surfacing problems and finding solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects involving different teams
- Ability to work independently, translating high-level goals into execution plans
- Proficient in identifying complex problems and escalating solutions to supervisor for decision-making and resolution
- Great communication skills and independent thinking
- Must be good with numbers
Other Relevant Qualifications (desired, but not required)
- Experience in Administrative and Sales or similar roles
- Experience with Apple Products
- Must have an agreeable personality and be a team player

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
