Responsibilities

Assist clients in understanding policy coverages, premiums, and assist with policy changes.
Actively listen to customers to understand their issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and properly documented for future reference.
