About the role
We're a growing party and event rental company serving Putnam County and Northeast Florida — and we need a hardworking, physically fit team member to help us get the job done. This is not a desk job. Every shift involves heavy lifting, loading and unloading equipment, and working outdoors in Florida heat and humidity. What You'll Do
Load, deliver, set up, and break down heavy inflatables, bounce houses, waterslides, tents, tables, and chairs at customer locations.
Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing 50–100 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot Florida summers
Clean, dry, inspect, and fold large inflatables after every use
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory so everything is prepped and ready for the next event
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
Dependable and punctual — weekend availability is required
Ability to perform sustained physical labor in outdoor conditions
Valid driver's license preferred
Prior experience in delivery, moving, construction, landscaping, or event setup is a plus — but we'll train the right person
