We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across one facility in Estes Park. This role is vital in ensuring a hygienic, organized, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. The contracted job only takes about 40 mins a week. It can be performed at any time on Saturday or Sunday. Pay is 200$ a month to clean the facility once every weekend.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment, including: vacuums
- Communicate to staff about restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Reporting repairs needed to management.
- Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to promote a clean and hazard-free environment.
