Professional Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Maintain floors through regular care, including buffing and polishing as needed.
• Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Provide custodial services in commercial buildings; ensuring all spaces are clean and welcoming.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
• Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
