Our Regional Office in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced candidate who possesses a successful track record of 5-7 years in sales and/or in leading and managing systems and developing personnel. In addition to proven experience, to be successful in this position, one must have: 

-Strong leadership abilities

-Business-to-Business (B2B) sales abilities

-Networking experience

-Impressive presentation skills

The Area Sales Manager's primary responsibilities are to increase the client base within the Columbus, OH region through generating new account sales in a wide variety of industries including: Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, Retail, General Office, Bank, Healthcare, Education, Religious Organizations, Event, Stadium and Government; and lead and motivate an office staff of less than 10 employees.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about achieving goals and can inspire excellence. If you possess solid sales experience, the proven ability to work effectively with a team while leading by example, strong verbal and written communication skills, are detail-oriented, and well organized, then we want to hear from you!

- 5-7 years experience in Sales and/or in Leading/Managing/Developing Personnel

- The ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands, and company goals

- The ability to manage and inspire a team while promoting a harmonious work environment

- Must be able to build, expand, and solidify professional relationships with new and existing clients

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Effective communication skills

- Proven record of sales success in meeting or exceeding organizational goals

- Proficient in Microsoft office software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning industry experience and/or Military experience a plus

- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
