OUTSIDE SALES – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Jani-King is one of the largest commercial cleaning franchise companies in the world, and we are looking for someone who can confidently represent our brand, build strong business relationships, and pursue large commercial accounts throughout the Augusta market.
What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing our commercial client base. You will work alongside an experienced sales and marketing team using a proven system designed to generate qualified opportunities and help you close business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting prospecting and warm calls to generate new business opportunities
- Meeting with decision-makers and conducting professional sales presentations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Identifying client needs and developing customized service proposals
- Negotiating contracts and closing new business
- Pursuing large commercial accounts and strategic opportunities
- Working closely with our marketing and operations teams throughout the sales process
- Utilizing our CRM to manage prospects, sales activity, follow-ups, and pipeline
- Staying engaged with prospects throughout the sales cycle to turn opportunities into long-term clients

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $39,500
In addition to your base salary, this position offers:

There is no cap on your earning potential as a Jani-King Account Executive. Your performance determines how far you can take your income.
Successful sales representatives have the opportunity to reach $100,000 in annual compensation within their second or third year.
