Compensation: Base salary: $48,000 per year $2,400 annual kicker (your safety net).
This is a heavily performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential - no ceiling on what a driven leader can make.
- New Business Commission: 30% on every new sale (average account ~$2,000). Regional Directors who consistently generate $70,000–$100,000 in new annual revenue earn $21,000–$30,000 in commission.
- Monthly Profit Share: 20% of the regional office’s monthly profit. Strong office performance typically delivers $50,000–$100,000 per year in profit share.
- Realistic Total Earnings: Average producers reach $120,000–$150,000 within 18–24 months. Top performers routinely exceed $160,000–$180,000 with no artificial cap.

Jani-King is the global leader in the $100 billion commercial cleaning industry. We are looking for a professional, people-savvy leader to take full ownership of the P&L for our Alexandria, LA regional office.
You will drive new customer acquisition and franchise sales, manage operations and client retention, lead the office team, and develop franchise owners - building a profitable, growing regional business with real autonomy.
This is an entrepreneurial leadership role, not a traditional 9-5 management position. Success depends on your ability to understand human nature, communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities (clients, franchisees, team members), build trust quickly, and motivate others to perform.
We are looking for professionals who:
- Have 5 years of proven experience in sales, operations, team leadership, or multi-unit management (strong in one area with the drive to grow in the other is fine)
- Possess a natural understanding of people - reading motivations, handling different personalities, and building lasting relationships
- Excel at communication and presentation, especially delivering compelling messages to groups and executives
- Have a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue/profit goals
- Bring a stable, professional track record and hands-on leadership style
A college degree is not required. We value real-world experience and transferable skills from facilities management, franchise operations, hospitality, service industries, business development, or any field where you’ve had to influence, persuade, and lead people.
Commercial cleaning knowledge is beneficial but not required. The technical side is fully teachable. What we can’t teach is the ability to connect with people and drive results through strong communication and leadership.
