General Job Description:
The Field Supervisor supports the operations of the Company’s Franchise Owners and serves as a liaison between/among the Company, its Franchise Owners and its customers.

Specific Functional Responsibilities:
- Provide initial and on-going training to Franchise Owners.
- Audit accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with Maintenance Agreements, Cleaning Schedules, and safety procedures (including SDS compliance, hazard communication considerations, etc.); provide audit results to Franchise Owners and document in the database program; follow up with Franchise Owners as needed.
- Investigate reports of service quality issues, ensure resolution in accordance with Company best practice guidelines, and document in database program.
- Introduce Franchise Owners to newly assigned customer contact and walk-through respective Cleaning Schedule.
- Maintain and update database system regarding customer and Franchise Owner communication.
- Process paperwork for new, transferred, suspended, and cancelled accounts and submit to Director of Operations in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of all chemicals and equipment used in the normal course of operations by Franchise Owners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; or associate degree and 2 years of supervisory experience; or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in related field
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills, including database management
- Driver’s License with clean abstract
Quality Assurance Specialist Salary, Benefits, Requirements
- Salary $45,000-$50,000/yr.
- Cancellation Bonus up to $325/month.
- Car allowance of $400/month. Position requires person to have their own vehicle to be able to spend 80-90% of their day doing audits/walk through customer accounts.
- $35 per franchise unit, per training session ($50 per unit if it is only one unit).
- 100% employee health insurance with the option of selecting any plan under HMSA or Kaiser.
- 80 hours vacation/40 hours sick after 1 year, holiday pay and 1 floating after 90 days of service.
- 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of full-time service.
- Option to enroll in AFLAC.
- Work cell phone provided.
- Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in addition, position requires person to be responsive to emergency calls 24/7, and work one night shift per month, on occasion after hours walk through and monthly after-hours training.
- Person must be able to travel to the neighboring island monthly. Trips may vary from 1-3 days. Qualified business expenses are reimbursed. Per diem is provided for overnight business travel.
