Role Description This is an hourly, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Dallas, TX. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office tasks such as:
- managing calendars, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing documents.
- The role includes answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and supporting patient check-in and check-out processes in a professional manner.
- The Administrative Assistant will assist with billing, handling of insurances for prior authorizations, and other clerical tasks to keep office operations organized and efficient.
