Requirements
- Must be able to obtain the property and casualty/life & disability license.
- 1 year of prior customer service experience is required
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish to cater to diverse clientele.
- A strong commitment to providing top-notch client services and enhancing the customer experience.
- Must be comfortable cold calling
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

- Take premium payments from customers.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Attend training and continuing education courses/in person and virtual.
- Handle customer renewals.
