- Helping people: Provide exceptional service to clients, both new and existing – making sure they get the best coverage for their needs
- Building relationships: Use your bilingual skills (Spanish and English) to connect with a wide range of clients and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Selling with heart: Educate customers on our insurance products and how they help protect what matters most in their lives
- Keeping it real: Answer client questions, solve problems, and offer personalized insurance advice
- Having fun: Work in a supportive and vibrant team environment where every day brings something new!
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual? YES! Spanish and English skills are a must
- People person: You love meeting new people, chatting with customers, and building lasting relationships
- Motivated: You’re driven to succeed, and you love the challenge of sales (or you’re ready to learn!)
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools to manage tasks and stay organized
