NOW HIRING: New Café Openings in the Sunset & Castro Districts
A new café concept is opening in the Sunset and Castro districts of San Francisco, and we are seeking experienced, dedicated team members to join our growing team.
Open Positions:
- Scone Baker (Bakery)
- Experience preparing and baking scones and other pastry items with consistency and quality
- Ability to follow and execute recipes precisely while maintaining efficiency in a production setting
- Knowledge of proper ingredient handling, dough preparation, and baking techniques
- Ability to manage prep schedules, batching, and daily production needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Back-of-House Staff
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, kitchen production, and daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep, storage, and dishwashing areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen tools as needed
- Receive, stock, and organize deliveries and supplies
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting the overall team
Qualifications:
- Prior café or bakery experience preferred
- Strong attention to quality, detail, and consistency
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Compensation:
- $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience and role
Benefits:
- HCSO - Health Care Security Ordinance ($4.11/hour, after 90 days)
