What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Professional position at Janco Service Industries?
There are two positions available at this location:
First position: Floor Tech - Part time - $18.00 an hour
Janco Services is looking to fill a Floor care position in a hospital environment. This position is for 4 hours a night from 6pm to 10pm Monday thru Friday.
Experience in the following: hospital flooring: scrubbing and scrapping floors, waxing, also various floor maintenance and some additional cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
- You must have verifiable experience as Floor Tech for 1-2 year minimum
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and be willing to take a TB test.

Second postion: Detail Cleaner - Full time - $16.50 an hour
Would be working in the health and wellness center from 7am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and deep cleaning of fitness center equipment and offices, with an emphasis on eco-friendly products and methods.
- Ensure spaces are free of allergens, dust, and bacteria to promote health and safety.
- Organize and declutter spaces to help reduce stress and enhance mental clarity.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order eco-friendly products as needed.
- Follow health protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and effective cleaning process.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude while interacting with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cleaning or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
