Responsibilities:
- Follow quality rules for proper gowning, cleaning, or other tasks.
- Review and understand build sheets and work instructions.
- Picking and part inspection.
- Using tools such as a regrind, trimmer, Hudson clicker, or blank cutter.
- Label and pack orders per customer specification.
- Use manual pallet jack to bring completed pallets from packing area to shipping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to follow and understand quality management objectives and manufacturing procedures.
- Must be fluent in English for communicating and reading safety instructions, procedures, and customer orders and parts.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift 45lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, have full range of motion, bending, reaching, and lifting.
