Operating from our 80,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in Mishawaka, Indiana, our team of over 80 skilled professionals produces high-performance composite products using advanced filament winding and pultrusion processes. We work with multiple resin systems—including epoxy, polyester, and vinyl esters—combined with various glass and carbon fiber reinforcements to create customized solutions with unique properties tailored to each application.

About the Role

Acts as a strategic partner and key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure organizational performance expectations are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops direct reports and management teams across all operational functions to ensure delivery against key business metrics and strategic objectives.
• Identifies and implements methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, and strengthen control measures across the enterprise.
• Leads collaborative efforts to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that enhance the overall efficiency of the firm and ensure excellent client service.
• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company to the Board of Directors.
• Oversees the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire Human Resources function: benefits, payroll, 401k, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning.
• Motivates and leads a high-performance executive and management team across multiple departments and functions.
• Attracts, recruits, and retains top-tier talent for key leadership positions throughout the organization.
• Provides executive mentoring and leadership development as cornerstones of the organization's management development program.
• Collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
• Demonstrates a willingness to take on new challenges with a mindset that seeks continuous improvement and innovation at all levels.
• Works with significant autonomy while ensuring the Board of Directors' expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Fosters a success-oriented, accountable, and results-driven culture throughout the company.
• Represents the firm with clients, investors, and business partners at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, operations management, or a related field required
• MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience with at least 5 years in a senior executive role
• In-depth understanding of industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
• Demonstrated strategic leadership ability with proven track record of driving organizational growth and transformation

Pay range and compensation package

$250,000 Base Bonus
