About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shotcrete Rip Rap Foreman to lead crews performing rip rap stabilization, shotcrete application, and related civil construction work. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations
- Lead rip rap installation and shotcrete work
- Read plans and ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain job site safety and crew productivity
- Train crew members and communicate with management
Qualifications
- Experience in shotcrete, rip rap, concrete, or civil construction required
- Previous foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read construction plans and work outdoors
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
