POSITION SCOPE: Field Service Consultant is responsible for overseeing customer accounts and working with franchisees to maintain excellent service levels in assigned territory. The Field Service Consultant drives a company vehicle to inspect accounts, engages in proactive visits of accounts, secures ratings of franchisee owners, coordinates site visits and new account orientation, resolves customer complaints, calls customers monthly, develops franchise owners and maintains the network of franchise owners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Understands and represents the Jan-Pro brand with vigor and enthusiasm.
· Inspect customer facilities to ensure quality is being maintained.
· Provides feedback on inspection to Regional office and franchisees.
· Provides same day resolution to customer complaints.
· Recommends solutions for franchise owners in situations where customers are considering cancelling their services.
· Meets with new customer contacts and franchisee to establish relationship and reviews contracted scope of work and initial paperwork.
· Following first clean, call after first clean and inspect after second clean.
· Provides formal and on-site feedback to franchise owner.
· Bid/Quote Special Services to customer as appropriate to deliver quality customer service.
· Transfers customer between franchise owner as requested/required due to poor service and prepares paperwork for transfers.
· Maintain and develop a network of franchise owners and shares in the dissemination of “best practices”
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
· Undergraduate degree is a plus.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Spanish language skills a plus
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage teams of people in an organized structure.
· Ability to influence people in highly emotional circumstances.
· Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
· Good presentation skills
· Professional speaking and demeanor
Ability to work with highly sensitive information in a confidential environment.
Salary : $27 - $30
