Krispy Kreme is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our overnight team at Mohegan Sun Casino. As a 3rd Shift Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service, preparing fresh products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the store is ready for daily operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and package Krispy Kreme products according to company standards.
- Operate cash registers and accurately handle transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store, including dining and preparation areas.
- Restock inventory, supplies, and display cases.
- Assist with overnight production and preparation of donuts and beverages.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform opening preparation tasks to ensure readiness for morning business.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, food service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
