Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring food presentation is appealing and meets food safety standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to create an inviting atmosphere
- Monitor food levels throughout service, refilling items as needed to maintain a fresh and abundant display
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper disposal of waste
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for efficient service during busy mornings
Experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong background in customer service, serving, or hospitality roles that emphasize guest satisfaction
- Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings that require attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures within the food industry
- Familiarity with coffee and beverage service is a plus
