Position: Property Maintenance Part time to full time
About Us: JAMS is located in Beavercreek Ohio. Most of our work is located in south Dayton and Yellow Springs. We firmly believe in doing it right the first time even if it takes

Duties
- Painting interior/ Exterior/ Vacant homes
- Rental Turn Overs
- Exterior Property Repairs
- Remolding
- Basic Carpentry
Staining Decks / Fences
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have valid drivers license
- Have Own vehicle
- Able to be insured for company vehicle
- No felonies
- Minimum 3 years exp. in Painting and Property Maintenance
- Pass basic skills test/ Back ground check / Drug and alcohol Test
- Have basic hand tools: cordless drill Hammer tape measure hand tools
- Able to work on your own without assistants / Or as a team member
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical condition to do job.Benefits
