As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to set your own rates, ranging anywhere from $90 to $360 an hour. Plus, with our 65/35 split, your earnings potential is even higher, especially with built-in incentives for overnight and weekend coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ON-DEMAND TELETHERAPIST
- Hold an unexpired, unencumbered license in at least one state within the U.S. or the District of Columbia
- Have 1 years of crisis intervention experience in various settings (hospital emergency rooms, psychiatric emergency services, mobile crisis units, co-responder teams, etc.) OR 3 years of post-graduate work experience
- Possess Professional Malpractice Insurance
- Be a member of Psypact (preferred)
Candidates are required to provide proof of professional liability insurance meeting the minimum amount mandated by the State, with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per incident and $3,000,000 aggregate. It's essential that your insurance covers telehealth services since all our service provisions occur over a telehealth platform.
