• Join us as a driver for JamRock Logistics LLC, delivering Amazon packages
• Follow safety & quality standards, on & off the road. Interact in a positive and professional manner with co-workers, supervisors, customers & the general public while delivering packages to homes, apartments, retail and commercial locations.
• Use handheld technology to successfully deliver customer packages, manage the delivery process, and solve on-the-road issues and obstacles.

NOTE: This is an EXTREMELY physical and fast-paced job. Candidate Drivers should be physically fit, experienced with GPS, Mobile Technology and able to problem solve on the road.

Responsibilities of a Package Delivery Driver:

• Drive a 10' (or taller), company provided, cargo van safely. (Training Provided)
• Load packages into a van- in an efficient & organized manner. (Training Provided)
• Deliver packages to Amazon customers in a safe, timely & professional manner (Training Provided)
• Ability to maintain a consistent chain of communication with dispatchers.
• Ability to complete assigned routes- which may take up to 10 hours. (Training Provided)
• Ability to keep up with the physical demands of a high-volume package delivery route.
• We provide paid Driver Safety Training to ensure your success on the road. We only succeed if our drivers succeed!
• Assist other drivers when needed.
• Perform all duties to department standards and/ or as directed by leadership.
• Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
• Perform all job duties in a safe & responsible manner.
• Perform other job related & compatible duties as assigned.
• Able to properly refuel vans at the end of each shift
• Take vans to wash locations or maintenance appointments on occasion.

Applicants:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a good driving record for the last 7 years
• Ability to handle a physical workload - Maximum 50lb/ package
• We are a 7-day-per-week operation, Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must adhere to a company uniform policy
• Must have EXCELLENT time/ attendance habits - MANDATORY.

Experience:

• No delivery experience required, but it's welcomed!
• Delivery Driver (example: grub hub, uber eats, etc) experience a plus. (But not required)
• Must be comfortable driving a commercial van

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21.00 per hour starting pay
• Paid training provided from day 1 of your work schedule
• Paid overtime (When required)

• 30-40 hours per week (or more)

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time: Four Day 10-hours shifts. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

License Requirements:

• Class C License Required
• Clean driving record (No DUIs, No Moving Violations, No accidents)

Language:

• Able to read and speak English

Work Authorization:

• Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
