Role Description

We are looking for a Founding Fullstack Engineer who is obsessed with shipping products from 0 to 1. This is not a "take a ticket and code it" role. You will be a core partner in defining what we build, not just how we build it.

You are a builder who views software as a craft. You have the engineering chops to architect a scalable backend, but you also have the design sensibility to know when a UI interaction feels "off." You sweat the details on padding, animations, and latency.

• 0 to 1 Builder: You thrive in ambiguity. You can take a one-sentence problem statement and turn it into a deployed feature.
• High Agency: You don’t wait for permission or detailed specs. If you see a gap in the product or a bug in the code, you fix it. You act like an owner because you are one.
• Design-First Engineering: You don’t just tolerate frontend work; you enjoy it. You understand that for non-technical users, the interface is the product.
• Product Sense: You care about the "Why." You are opinionated about the user experience and willing to push back if a feature doesn't solve the user's actual problem.

What You’ll Do

• Ship Fast & High Quality: Design and develop end-to-end features (Frontend Backend) with a focus on speed-to-market and polished UX.
• Architect for Scale: Build robust backends to power our AI agents, handling data synchronization and complex workflows.
• Own the UI: Implement pixel-perfect interfaces that delight our users.
• Collaborate: Work directly with the founders to shape the roadmap and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Expert Fullstack Proficiency: Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend environments (Node.js, Python).
• UI/UX Fluency: You are comfortable with CSS, Tailwind, framer-motion, and component libraries.
• Database & API: Strong skills in database design (PostgreSQL) and building clean, RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• AI Proficiency: Experience building applications that leverage LLMs and AI agents.
• Startup Scrappiness: Experience with Vercel, Supabase, AWS, or similar tools to get things live quickly.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
