Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Welcome and check patients in and out.
• Collect patient payments and explain financial policies.
• Work to keep the doctor and hygiene schedules full.
• Assist with insurance verification and patient paperwork.
• Balance and close the office at the end of each day.
• Operate and trouble shoot office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
• Collaborate with specialist offices to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Dental front office experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dental software.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
