Pipe layers, Equipment Operators, Directional Drilling crews. Experience is not mandatory. Our company is willing to train candidates eager to learn new skills and grow with a company with a proven track record. All team members play a crucial role installing underground utilities consisting of water, sewer, power, and communications.
Compensation is based on experience.
Duties
- Digging and lifting.
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and directional drills.
- Work well with others.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment problems as they arise.
Qualifications
- Willing to work Monday thru Friday.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with Horizontal Drilling.
- Preferred but not mandatory, mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
- Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Previous experience in construction sites is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
