Jamie Schachtel Design Group is seeking a Project Manager and 3D Drafter to work full time in our busy residential design firm.
• Measure all new and existing projects
• Produce floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
• Attend client meetings (on-site and off-site) as needed
• Create client design presentations and boards
• Organize and maintain Google Drive project files
• Continuously update client folders with accurate specs, drawings, and documents
Project Management• Schedule all trades for measurements, deliveries, and installations
• Maintain regular communication with contractors and trades
• Coordinate project start dates with clients
• Provide clients with project updates and timelines
• Continuously update and maintain project timelines
• Oversee all trades and ensure proper sequencing of work
• Distribute appliance and plumbing specifications to trades
• Attend trade measures, walk-throughs, and installation days
• Oversee project progress and be on-site as required
• Prepare meeting tables and materials for all client meetings
What We’re Looking For• 1–2 years experience in residential interior design or project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive, energetic attitude
