PHYSICAL THERAPIST$100-140K Bonus Paid Relocation Sign On BonusPosition SummaryUnder the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Physical Therapist is an expert in movement disorders and is responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving Physical Therapy services, including examination, evaluation, Physical Therapy diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, and discharge planning. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to consultation, education, critical inquiry, administration, and direction and supervision of personnel.
