We’re looking for someone who is a collaborative worker with a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing excellent service.
Our Case Manager should be comfortable working closely with clients which is primary compromised of individuals served through the Juneau Therapeutic Courts and ReEntry program. They will manage their time well to provide in-person care and be able to attend multiple meetings at Lemon Creek Correctional Center, Juneau Therapeutic Courts, and others. Case Managers will need to be comfortable in assisting with urine drug screens, if necessary. Our Case Manager will be proficient in setting professional boundaries while still being empathetic and friendly toward clients, and will demonstrate unconditional positive regard for people in all different walks of life and will meet and support clients where they are.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- Case Management or related experience can substitute for education on a year for year basis
- One year of experience providing direct service in the field of human services
- Personal experience with addiction and recovery, including experience with the court system.
- Providing direct services with persons experiencing severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

Salary : $29 - $37
