I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims and as a team member, giving me valuable experience in the industry before stepping into agency ownership. I'm a proud Delta State University graduate - home of the Fighting Okra!
Giving back is incredibly important to me. I'm actively involved with the Growth Alliance, Rotary, and Sally Kate Winters Family Services, as well as my local church. I also enjoy coaching youth soccer and baseball.

As an Account Manager for Jamey Ballard - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
