- Balanced Schedule: 4-day work week with sustainable patient volumes (16-18 per day) and a competitive compensation model.
- Outpatient-Focused Practice: Primarily outpatient care with limited after-hours/on-call responsibilities; no inpatient rounding.
- Exceptional Support: High Nursing/MA-to-provider ratios, two on-site Clinical Pharmacists, and dedicated EHR "elbow support."

Qualifications
- Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited and recognized by the State of Washington.
- National Certification (NCCPA) and active, unrestricted WA State PA license.
- Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification.
- Clinical competence in primary care, chronic disease management, acute care, and medication administration.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and participate in program development.
