What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher Assistant position at Jamestown Family YMCA?
The Teacher Assistant is responsible for assisting the Teacher in the classroom with all assigned duties. This individual will be required to supervise and monitor all children in his/her care. Adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the care of children is required. The Teacher’s Aide will also actively promote the physical, intellectual, social, cultural, and emotional well being of all participating children.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.10 - $16.50 per hour
