Duties
- Assist with property listings, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses to maximize exposure and client engagement
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, disclosures, and lease agreements in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations
- Manage communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure timely updates and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to support pricing strategies and property evaluations
- Support property management tasks including maintenance scheduling, tenant inquiries, and lease renewals
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and administrative documentation to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate administration or related fields with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law to ensure compliant practices
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally
- Familiarity with property management processes and real estate administrative tools
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
