Our client is going through a period of growth and is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive new business - must have litigation or eDiscovery sales experience.
This is a fully remote role with responsibility for winning new clients and owning the full sales cycle, selling complex legal software to law firms and in-house legal teams.
The role
- Own the full sales process from discovery through to close
- Sell enterprise legal tech solutions to litigation teams and legal decision makers
- Deliver confident, engaging demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Work closely with SDRs, customer success and internal stakeholders
- Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities where appropriate
What we’re looking for
- Proven new business sales experience in legal tech
- Strong background in litigation or eDiscovery sales
- Track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals
- Comfortable selling to law firms and corporate legal teams
- Confident presenting sophisticated software solutions
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote environment
- Need to be located on either the East Coast, Chicago, Texas or Northern California
