Are you based in any of these locations - East Coast, Chicago, Texas or Northern California - and are looking for a new role in the the collaborative litigation management software space?


Our client is going through a period of growth and is looking to hire an experienced Account Executive to drive new business - must have litigation or eDiscovery sales experience.


This is a fully remote role with responsibility for winning new clients and owning the full sales cycle, selling complex legal software to law firms and in-house legal teams.


The role

  • Own the full sales process from discovery through to close
  • Sell enterprise legal tech solutions to litigation teams and legal decision makers
  • Deliver confident, engaging demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Work closely with SDRs, customer success and internal stakeholders
  • Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities where appropriate


What we’re looking for

  • Proven new business sales experience in legal tech
  • Strong background in litigation or eDiscovery sales
  • Track record of closing complex B2B SaaS deals
  • Comfortable selling to law firms and corporate legal teams
  • Confident presenting sophisticated software solutions
  • Self-motivated and effective in a remote environment
  • Need to be located on either the East Coast, Chicago, Texas or Northern California
