Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance sales through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate life insurance coverage.
- Present policy options, explain coverage benefits, and guide prospects through the application process.
- Follow up with prospects, address questions, and close sales.
- Review existing life insurance coverage and identify opportunities to address changing needs.
- Work toward agency sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow applicable regulatory requirements.
- Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Ability to build rapport, address objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.
