We are currently interviewing for full & part-time customer service staff, techs and CPhT's.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-person or phone support for each patient, taking fill requests and routing other needs to the correct station.
- Manage OTC inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage In accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous records of Rx sales, patient interactions, and pharmacy activities to support audit readiness.
Experience
- Prior pharmacy technician experience is not required. Those with motivation can work in customer service and potentially advance while gaining valuable experience.
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and support for diverse patient populations.
- Proven ability to follow detailed intake procedures while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
