We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships, serve current clients, and grow our agency by introducing new customers to our trusted products and services. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales with room for growth into a full-time producer role.

• Base pay starting at $35,000 per year, with expected first-year earnings of $45,000 to $65,000

• Must hold a KS Property & Casualty and Life Insurance license

• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients by phone, email, and in person
• Cross-sell additional products to current clients to strengthen their coverage
• Market and acquire new clients through outreach and relationship-building
• Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity
