Private optometry office is seeking a friendly and reliable seeking a strong manager to help lead operations, develop staff, and improve the patient experience. This is not a “babysitting” position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, leads by example, and helps build a strong culture of professionalism and accountability.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and coaching staff
- Improving patient flow and office efficiency
- Assisting with scheduling and operations
- Helping drive optical performance and patient experience
- Training team members and maintaining standards
- Supporting doctors and leadership team
- Helping implement systems and operational improvements
- Ideal Candidate:
- Prior management experience in optical, healthcare, retail, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable holding staff accountable professionally
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
