Are you an experienced Project Manager? Someone who can take control, be methodical and push back when needed?
Some project management roles are spreadsheets and meetings.
This one isn't.
You will be working with a processing machinery manufacturer, these are turnkey systems built to solve challenges for industrial applications.
Projects range from $200k systems to multi-million dollar installations. Each one different from the last and they all require tight coordination.
As the Project Manager, you will sit at the heart of it, leading the project and ensuring delivery on-time and within budget.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the scope, schedule and budget for multiple capital equipment projects.
- Act as the primary contact for customers from project kickoff through to commissioning.
- Lead project documentation, timelines and change orders.
- Coordinate engineering, vendors and internal teams to hit project milestones.
- Work with Project Engineers and prfioritize their workload across projects.
- Help resolve commercial and technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Visit customer sites as needed.
What You Bring:
- Ideally 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Associates Degree or equivalent technical background.
- Experience across industrial equipment, engineered systems and high value projects.
- Technical background with an understanding of engineering drawings.
- Comfortable with taking responsibility and pushing back when needed to protect project scope and timelines.
- Strong communicator with customers, engineering and internal teams.
This will be a hybrid working schedule with 2-3 days per week in office.
There will be roughly 10% travel to customer sites.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
