- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project specifications.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate construction activities.
- Perform masonry work including tile laying, stucco application, plastering, and hardscape installation.
- Conduct renovation projects involving carpentry, roofing, trim carpentry, and caulking.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for framing, drywall installation, and other detailed tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks such as welding, roofing, and restoration efforts.
- Assist in site setup, material handling, and cleanup to maintain an organized work environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience with concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading.
